Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Chamberside (“we”) for using chamberside.com and the Chamberside app. You accept them when you sign in or connect another service to Chamberside. If your chamber has signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement wins where the two differ. Last updated October 16, 2026.

Your account

  • Your chamber creates your account, and you sign in with a link we email you. Keep that email account to yourself: you’re responsible for what happens when you’re signed in.
  • A chamber’s Chamberside belongs to the chamber. The chamber decides who can sign in and which services it connects.
  • You need to be old enough to make a contract where you live.

Using Chamberside

  • We give your chamber a non-transferable right to use Chamberside for its work while these terms apply.
  • Don’t use it to break the law or anyone’s rights, or to send spam.
  • Don’t try to get into accounts or data that aren’t yours, overload or probe our systems, or copy our data in bulk.

What your chamber puts in Chamberside

  • What your chamber adds stays the chamber’s: its calendar, members, people, files and messages.
  • You let us store, copy, process and show it as needed to run Chamberside for your chamber, including sending it to the services our privacy policy names, such as the AI model that answers the assistant.
  • Only add people’s details that your chamber has the right to use.

Texts and emails

  • Your chamber writes or approves every text and email it sends through Chamberside, and is responsible for what they say.
  • Text only people who agreed to get your chamber’s texts. Your chamber is responsible for having that consent.
  • When someone replies STOP, Chamberside stops texting them. Don’t add them back unless they agree again.
  • Carriers and email providers can delay or block messages. We can’t promise every one arrives.

The assistant

  • The assistant can be wrong. Check what it drafts before you save it or send it.
  • Nothing it drafts is saved or sent until a person presses the draft’s button, and you’re responsible for what you save and send.

Paid plans

  • A chamber pays the price we agree on when it signs up, each month, until it cancels.
  • A chamber can cancel at any time. Its plan runs to the end of the month it paid for.
  • If we change a price, we’ll tell the chamber before the change applies to it.

Services you connect

  • You can connect services such as Google Calendar and Google Drive. Chamberside then uses them on your behalf, under your account there.
  • Each service’s own terms still apply to your use of it. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for them being available or correct.
  • You can disconnect a service at any time.

Ending

  • Your chamber can stop using Chamberside and ask us to delete its data at any time.
  • We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or someone’s safety stops us.

No warranty, and limits

  • We work to keep Chamberside accurate and running, but we provide it “as is”.
  • As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed event or a lost member, and our total liability is limited to what your chamber paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell your chamber in the app or by email before it takes effect. Using Chamberside after that means you accept the new terms.

Law

The laws of the State of Delaware govern these terms, apart from any rule that would apply another place’s laws.
